Operations Manager

We aim to establish Dozee as the de-facto product in health monitoring at home and hospital wards, sleep management and athlete management. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. 


- Create & oversee operational systems and processes to ensure customer delight in both enterprise and direct-to-consumer settings
- Handle all post-sales aspects  in enterprise setting, including managing logistics, setup, usage analytics, troubleshooting
- Ensure smooth operationalisation of devices in consumer setting, whether it is sold via E-commerce platforms, website, or via businesses 
- Recruit and train customer support team, logistics team, enterprise client-facing team on different processes
- Consolidate feedback & work with product team for implementation
- Create and operationalise templates to draw analytics from and improve all aspects of customer delight - setup time, downtime, usage etc and report to different different stakeholders at Dozee
- Build strong customer relations and generate opportunities for upselling

Required Skills with Good Competency:

- 3+ years of experience working in customer facing operations
- Should have experience of leading a team 
- Healthcare experience is preferred. Experience in SaaS based products is also preferred
