Customer Support Representative

The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to create a positive impact by creating customer relationships which will increase the brand value of Dozee. 

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving also comes naturally, should be confident at troubleshooting and investigating if there is not enough       information to resolve customer complaints.

Required Skills with Good Competency:

- 1-2 years of prior work experience in the relevant field, B2C will be a plus .
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with microsoft office.
