Sr Business Development Manager
We aim to establish Dozee as the de-facto product in patient monitoring at hospitals and at home. To achieve the same, Sr. BD Manager will be tasked with managing high stakes enterprise clients, co-develop product offering and close sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer segmentation and periodic sales planning
- Develop and manage the entire sales funnel, including lead generation, lead validation and product demos
- Conduct and provide required support to close a deal
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create leads. Network to generate interest in product and build leads
- Write proposals. Build market analysis and Competitive benchmarking
- Work closely with operations teams to handover and ensure implementation of projects
- Relationship management, reference creation and create opportunities for upsell
Required Skills with Good Competency:
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Sales
- Candidates should have prior experience of working with or selling solutions to hospitals/telemedicine - companies/healthcare institutions
- Good networking skills with industry KOLs
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral
- Experience of working with CRM tools would be preferred
