Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return the device to us within 15 days of receipt of device and receive full refund. No questions asked.

Conditions for Returns

The device must be returned in ‘like new’ condition i.e.

  1. The device must be in the original box with all the inserts, peripherals & accessories.

  2. The device must not be soiled or show visible signs of damage in any way.

  3. You must have the original invoice copy for purchase (either soft copy or hard copy).


  1. Please send an email to contact@dozee.io with the subject “Return request” and your contact details and Dozee number in the body. Our team will contact you to schedule a time for pickup from your location.

  2. Once our team has verified that the device is in good condition as described above, the refund will be processed from our end. The refund will be processed within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the device at our Bengaluru office.

  3. All refunds will be made directly to the source i.e. the account that was used to make the payment.

  4. Refund amounts may take between 2-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on the respective bank policies.
